Terms of Use

Last updated: 26 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the GEMJO team for using GEMJO MerchantOS. By creating an account you accept them.

Your account

You must give accurate sign-in details and keep your PIN private. You are responsible for everything done by the operators you add to your shop.

Acceptable use

Use GEMJO for your own lawful trading records. Do not use it to break the law, to record someone else's data without their knowledge, to attack or overload the service, or to resell access to it.

Your records belong to you

The sales, debts, stock and customer records you enter remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process, back up and display them so the app can work.

Voice and automatic entries

Voice recognition and suggestions are aids, not accounting advice. Always check an entry before you save it; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your books.

Fees

Any paid plan, its price and its billing period are shown before you subscribe. Free features may change or end with notice in the app.

Availability

GEMJO works offline and syncs later, but we cannot promise uninterrupted service. The app is provided as is, without warranties beyond those your local law requires. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months, to the extent the law allows.

Ending the agreement

You may stop using GEMJO and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms, and will tell you why where we can.

Contact and governing law

Write to us at the address below with any question about these terms. Disputes are handled under the law of the country where the GEMJO operator is established, without affecting rights you have as a consumer where you live.
